Eligibility: A patient age 8 & older is eligible if:
· They do not have any dental insurance
· They do not have any means to pay for needed services, and
· The services needed are of an urgent nature (urgent means patient is experiencing a high level of pain with abscess/oral infections).
The volunteer dentist provides extractions and dental fillings. No general dental checkups or cleanings. Dental Van services provided once a month at Providence Family Medicine SE and Providence Medical Group Gresham. The Dental Van is handicap accessible.

Providence Patients have access to a customer care staff member dedicated to helping with coordination of care. Average weight time to link to MD/Prescriber is 4-6 weeks for regular appointment request. Dedicated number is 800-711-4577, they are open 7am-5pm.
